St. Cloud is a village in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 477 at the 2010 census. A post office called St. Cloud has been in operation since 1867. The village was named after Saint-Cloud, in France. It is located at 43°49N 88°10W (43.822, -88.167), in the Town of Marshfield (§25 T16N R19E).According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.94 square miles (2.43 km²), of which, 0.92 square miles of it is land and 0.02 sq miles (0.05 km²) is water. The median income for a household in the village was $51,964, and the median income. for a family was $21,625. Wisconsin State Representative Robert Coolidge, D-Wisconsin, was born in St Cloud and served in the Wisconsin State Senate until his death in 2010. He was a member of the Republican National Committee from 1998 to 2008. He is also a former chairman of the Wisconsin Democratic Party, and served as its chairman from 2008 to 2010. The Democratic Party of Wisconsin is the largest party in the state, followed by the Republican Party of Illinois, which is the second-largest. The Republican Party is the third-largest party in Wisconsin, after the Wisconsin Brewers and the Wisconsin Dells. The Green Bay Packers are the state's No. 1 football team.
