Glenn is an unincorporated community in Glenn County, California. The town is located on the Sacramento River, at the intersection of State Route 45 and State Route 162. It is about ten miles (16 km) east of Interstate 5 and Willows on the U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute quadrangle. The ZIP Code, shared with Ordbend and Bayliss, is 95943. Glenn is in California's 1st congressional district, represented by Republican Doug LaMalfa. The area is relatively flat land along the banks of the Sacramento river. A local landmark is the Glenn Post Office on SR45 just north of SR162. Much of the area is agricultural land under cultivation. West of town, there is a natural gas well field along SR162 between Glenn and Willow. There is a modest population of Mennonite farming families in this area. The first post office at Glenn opened in 1903. The community is inside area code 530. This area is flagged as rural by the U-S. Census Bureau. History
A. K. Barham was appointed as the first postmaster of Glenn on November 14, 1913. At the time, the town had a school, several homes and a number of businesses. The first post office opened in 1903. The town was named after the town's first post master, A.K. "Hugh" Barham, who was born in 1858. The city's name is now Glenn, a town on the banks of the Ohio River. It was named for the Glenn River, which runs through the town. It is the only town in Glenn County that still has a post office, which was established in 1894. The post office was closed in 1913, and the town has since lost its post office and postmaster's office, as well as several other businesses, including a bank, a bank and a school. The last postmaster was appointed on November 13, 1913, when the town was still in its early stages of development. The current postmaster, Mr. Robert "Bob" Smith, was born on November 1, 1858, in Glenn, Wisconsin. He was the son of a former postmaster who was killed in a car accident in 1881. The name "Glenn" means "golden" in English. The word "glenn" is used to refer to the area where the post office is located, and "glen" is the name of the town in which the postmaster is based. It also means "home" or "town".

In the early 1980s, the Glenn area was home to a small group of Lighthouse members. The Lighthouse is still standing today and is a popular tourist attraction. The Sacramento River runs through the town. It runs north and south of the town and is known as the "Glenn River" and "The Sacramento River Trail" The Glenn River flows through the center of the city and into the foothills of the San Francisco Peaks. It also runs through a small valley known as "The Valley of the Kings".

He is in California's 1st congressional district, represented by Republican Doug LaMalfa. Glenn was a member of the California House of Representatives from 1994 to 1998. He was a delegate to the 2000 Democratic National Convention in New York City. He also served in the California State Assembly from 1998 to 2002. He served as a U.S. senator from California from 2002 to 2007. He lost his bid for re-election in 2010 to a Republican-led state Senate. He has been married to his wife, Barbara, since 1998. The couple have two children, a son and a daughter-in-law, both of whom live in the Los Angeles area. They have been married for more than 30 years and have a son, Jake, who was born in 2002. They also have a daughter, Sarah, who lives in the San Diego suburb of San Diego. The family has been through a number of changes in the last few years.
